The Team

What began as a small group of mostly white Canadians looking to build a “sustainable community” has grown into a stunningly talented, diverse, global group that is loosely called the “Regenerative Catalyst Collective.” While Chad and his son Austin are still actively coordinating a wide variety of projects around the globe, the vast majority of team members are from different continents and different cultures. Currently, the wisdom of the team is interwoven with leaders of indigenous groups and champions of traditional culture everywhere. Our team integrates people from all walks of life to ensure our projects are well grounded in “modern theory and best practices” and designed to blend with local wisdom to ensure that barriers to success are overcome. Every member of the “Regenerative Catalyst Collective” is driven by deep seated values and a commitment to support one another in a collaborative manner.
